Introduction

Abstract

The present monograph introduces the results of many years of research by leading scientists from the Eastern Partnership countries: Ukraine, the Republic of Moldova and Georgia on theoretical substantiation and practice of reforms in the field of public administration. The decisive feature of the presented results takes into account the specific preconditions of the countries of the Eastern Partnership, which allowed the authors to offer practical recommendations for national governments on Ukraine's integration into the EU institutional' environment.
