Abstract

The 75th anniversary of the creation of the United Nations (October 24, 1945), after the Second World War, gives us the opportunity to talk about its specialized institution, the Organization Internationale du Travail (O.I.T. / I.L.O. / O.I.M.), established after the Première Guerre Mondiale, as well as The (Society) League of Nations. The O.I.T. is a specialized institution because it treats, as its name suggests, labor issues, but also those of social security, at the global level.
