The Crisis of the Concept of World Order

Abstract


With reference to the concept of world order, we must make a clarification right from the start: in the history of mankind, there has not been a world order in its true sense, which includes all the regions on the planet inhabited by people, in their various forms of organization social, political, economic and cultural, from the primitive ones to the contemporary member states of the United Nations Organization. In the same way, we can talk about regional orders, which refer to precisely defined geographical spheres, imposed mainly by certain existing power centers at a given time.
