The Innovative State: a challenge for the future of the sovereignty of the Republic of Moldova

Abstract

Taking into account the fact that the humanity has stepped into the stage of knowledge-based society, as well as its final result is the creation of new knowledge, innovations, systems and technologies and their application in various spheres of human activity, the implementation of the doctrine of the innovative state in the engineering of the constitutional construction of the state power in the Republic of Moldova, declared as a sovereign state, is very well justified.
